Welcome! Your enrollment response has been received.
Welcome to the Rutgers Community! We are pleased you will be joining us.
We look forward to your joining our Rutgers community. If you need to make any changes to your enrollment, please tell us now. You may enroll in any school to which you have been admitted.
This screen reflects the status of your Rutgers University application for Undergraduate Admissions including all required credentials received through 07/03/13. Your official decision notification will be entirely online and via email. Please add "rutgers.edu" to your safe sender list so that your internet provider and any controls on your email account will allow delivery of messages from "rutgers.edu."
You may see a decision for some of the schools to which you have applied but not for others. Please note that some committees take more time in their deliberations than others. Be assured that all decisions will be made within our published timeframes. This screen is updated each evening, Monday through Friday. Any changes made on this screen will be included in the next system update and will be viewable the day following the update.

Your Conditions of Enrollment
Maggie,
Before you enroll at Rutgers University, you'll need to understand the conditions under which you have been admitted and be prepared to follow through on each of the items below. Please retain this information for future reference.
- If you plan to apply for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you must provide a copy of your Social Security card. Social Security Numbers are required for financial aid consideration.
- Please acknowledge your admission by May 1, 2014 or within two weeks of your admission notification. You can do this online through Your Rutgers Status at https://admissionservices.rutgers.edu/ugrad/login.jsp. We require a non-refundable admission acceptance fee of $150.00, payable online or by check (made payable to Rutgers University). If you pay by check, please include your name and RUID Number on the check.
- A citizen of another country who wishes to enter the United States to study for a degree at Rutgers must have an F-1 student visa. If you will be enrolling on the F-1 visa, you must respond by May 1, 2014. You can do this online through Your Rutgers Status at https://admissionservices.rutgers.edu/ugrad/login.jsp. We require a non-refundable acceptance fee of $150.00, payable online or by check (made payable to Rutgers University). If you pay by check, please include your name and RUID number on the check and send it with the Payment Voucher available at Your Rutgers Status.
- Please have your school counselor or college registrar submit final official transcripts of all coursework you have completed as soon as your current semester courses are completed and all grades recorded. Final official transcripts should be sent as soon as they are available, but no later than July 11, 2014 (within two weeks of your admission notification). When you accept our offer of admission, we will check your file to verify that all of your transcripts are official. Your final official records must include certification of any diplomas or degrees, as well as final grades for courses in progress at the time of your admission. Your enrollment at Rutgers is contingent upon satisfactory completion, with no significant decline in grades, of all academic work still in progress when your application was reviewed. If your final official records are not received and/or are not consistent with the records with which you were admitted, your admission may be revoked.
- You are responsible for following all instructions about placement testing, registration, and orientation requirements. Information about these important steps will be communicated to you later and is available through the Enrollment Pathway at admissions.rutgers.edu/pathway.
- All students enrolling at Rutgers University are responsible for having satisfied the foundational course requirements of the school in which they plan to enroll. Students typically complete these courses during high school. If not, college courses may be used. For the purpose of satisfying entrance requirements, one semester of college coursework is generally equivalent to one year of secondary school work. Corresponding SAT subject test results also may be used. A complete listing of these requirements may be found on our website.
You must meet all of the enrollment provisions outlined in your Conditions of Enrollment within the timeframes indicated, or within two weeks of your admission notification, whichever is later. You are responsible for making sure that we receive all required credentials. Please use Your Rutgers Status at https://admissionservices.rutgers.edu/ugrad/login.jsp to track your progress through these and all other required steps to enrollment.
